Our Policies


To ensure that you obtain the appointments you desire, please make reservations in advance. A credit card is required at the time of booking. Spa guests should be 16 years of age or older. We regret that we are unable to provide services to guests accompanied by children. Prices are subject to change without notice. If you are using a coupon, promotion code, or gift certificate please mention it at the time of booking. Please keep in mind that discounts and promotions cannot be combined.


Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow adequate time to fill out our intake form (for first time clients) and get ready for your treatment. Your appointment will start promptly at the scheduled time. Arriving late to your scheduled appointment will regrettably deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid delaying the next client, your treatment will end on time regardless of how late you begin.

Spa Etiquette

Privacy: Please respect the privacy of our clients and their wish to experience personal renewal in complete tranquility.
Communicate: Please let your therapist know of any concerns, special needs, or questions prior to your treatment. Please always inform therapist if you are pregnant or taking any medications. During your treatment, let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular areas.
Facilities: The use of our sauna and steam room is complimentary with any scheduled service.  Please feel free to use these facilities before and/or after your service for as long you'd like, as time permits.  Facility hours are 10:30am-9:30pm Mon-Fri and 10:30am-7:30pm Sat & Sun.  Because our facilities are coed, suitable attire is required.  We provide robes and towels, but you may prefer to bring a bathing suit.
Gratuities: Gratuities are welcome and are accepted in cash only. The recommended standard gratuity for spa services is 15%-20% of the regular price of the treatment received. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.


Please keep in mind that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Services must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.  Cancellations and reschedules made after this time may be subject to a charge of the full appointment value.


All sales are final. We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates or our spa series of treatments purchased.
